Happenstance Haunts, LLC is a group of friends, brought together by chance, who have bonded over the many parallels in their beliefs of the supernatural and of an afterlife that transcends the physical world. Lead by investigator Jason Baird, our team hopes to share our passion and knowledge of the paranormal with our community and beyond.

Our guests will experience interactive ghost investigations and will have the opportunity to use our field equipment during both tours and investigations. We look forward to bringing individuals from all walks of life together for a wonderfully unique and memorable experience!
